The Enzephalomat is a biofeedback device to cure mental insufficiencies. It consists of EEG electrodes attached to headphones and a display unit. The electrodes are connected to an EEG amplifier. Brain activity is continuously measured and compared to a standard model of social behavior.
Based on patent pending algorithms, an audible and visible feedback is generated, that corrects any psychological irregularities.
This is my diploma project. The Enzephalomat is a satire on the faith in technology of past and future decades (with a retro look). It was shown at the lab.30 festival in 2011.
